Bent-Over Barbell Row

Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart with a slight bend in your knees. Bend forward at your hips about 45 degrees while keeping a slight arch in your lower back. Grasp the bar with a shoulder-width grip straight down in front of your legs, squeeze your shoulder blades together and pull the bar into your midsection, keeping your elbows close to your body. Pause, then control the return.
